BEWARE IF RETURNING AN ITEM
I bought a dress which turned out to not fit to size. I paid my first installment via Klarna… £12.03. I returned it & awaited a refund. It came eventually … £1.08 😡😡 the balance paid for postage & insurance!! BEWARE!!! It’s not free to return items like you can with other companies! I won’t be shopping with them ever again!!!!
