I was a first time home buyer and have been trying to buy a house for almost 15 years, my credit score wasn't good enough or my debt to income wasn't good, if there was a reason for a denial, I had heard it. After working on building my credit score and reducing my debt for almost 2 solid years I was finally approved by PERL (even after being denied from a different lender). This was the best experience I have ever had. I have worked on the legal side of real estate for almost 20 years and have never seen a smoother transaction.
