GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
After initial problem with the pedal assist mode we were sent a replacement sensor which now has been fitted and solved the issue , also had all of our fitting costs refunded to our satisfaction. The customer service team were great and assisted us through the whole process so very happy witrh outcome as we were so happy with the bike, and special thanks to Cicci from customer service team.
