The dress I ordered was not true to size. After measuring myself prior to ordering, when the dress arrived it was on the smaller side than expected. I then tried to obtain a refund and it was an absolutely awful experience! When paying £137 for a dress and then only been offered a maximum of $75 dollars for a refund is utterly ridiculous. (In the end shipping it back would cost £40 so really not much point). How can they say they can only offer some money back as it took money to make the dress. If their system is flawed why do they take it out on the customers? This is an absolute scam and the whole process has been tiring and tedious. Never using this website again and I urge no one else to use it either.
