Bad customer service. Waste of time and extremely frustrating
I wanted to send money to another country to pay for a hotel booking. Two days later the money has not arrived and I ask customer service on whatsapp and they say they want proof of why the money is being sent. I send them the invoice, then they say that I will be refunded because they cannot transfer to a company. They also cannot send me a confirmation that the refund will be processed, I just have to wait 7-15 days and if it does not arrive by then, I must contact them again. Until then i cannot pay the hotel the booking amount because they cannot guarantee that the money will be refunded.
