Largely reliable,and economical
Largely reliable,and economical, this Singapore based firm is less expensive than most US based card sellers, although if your bank charges foreign transaction fees, it can be nearly the same. And offgamers subsidiary, g2a, sux, so far as I've been able to tell. But Offgamers website isn't too difficult to navigate, and their financial mechanisms mesh well with the systems used by my bank. Their easily accessible order history is a bonus! Negstives are a rather lame ai chat bot who won't give up a human company rep without a fight, and an overly complex system for submitting customer service requests. They do respond by email in a reasonable period.. 48 to 72 hours in my limited (thankfully)times that I needed to use it. Id recommend the service as preferential to big box outfits like Walmart and target, both of whose game card selling systems--online at least--are absolutely abysmal,!!

Glitches purchase process lately has prevented me from using a previously stellar service. The inadequate and impersonal customer assistance mechanisms (bot & email tickets) only exacerbate the problem. Also no mechanism to obtain chat transcript via ai bot--lame!

After several positive reports, I'm compelled to state that efforts to give them my ongoing business yesterday and today are frustrating, at best. Both nights as is my wont, I attempted to buy aroundb$60 worth of Razer goldcards. But, now, when I click the (1.) 'buy now" button, instead of "Visa is locating your card", (2.) click on the red "buy now" button... instead of the usual, ,"your bank wants add'l proof" or whatever then they email or text me a verification code (3.), which normally, id input and that's the end of the story! ...Just await Offgamers to deliver the pin at their website, and done!, But, as I conveyed to Sophia at O.G. customer service, (3 times!!), all I got after my following multiple attempts to do a #2 (above),I'm rewarded with a blank white screen that obscures all of the info I need to finish my number 2 !! I canceled my orders, then submitted a "ticket" to them. But when I saw their caveat that it could be days before they replied, I clicked on the "Help" button and was delivered into Sophia's attentive care. Im not certain if she's ai or human, but I left her an hour later in search of another game card broker. Walmart or Targer are 2 other options, but my experience with them as purveyors of game cards was what drove to O.G. in the first place!!

Another easy easy purchase today. No systems are perfect, and we don't even aspire to perfection. Occasional glitches, but nothing is like some of the stories I've heard
