Absolutely terrible service at the Novena branch....Had to wait for 1H40 mins just to get my ID updated and just got it back after yelling at the bank manager about how terrible the service was. The bank teller literally left to make some copies of our ids and then left....in front of us for lunch!!! Don't put your money in this bank.
