Will not cancel and refund my order 1 month after requesting
Placed an order on 14 April for Luba 2 for 3,000 Euro, i got an email on the 15th with an inactive tracking number, 3 days later the order still had not shipped and was sitting in their warehouse not collected by DPD, i asked them to cancel and refund the order as a local dealer had one available, they said they could not cancel the order as it was in transit, but i could see the item had not left their warehouse as the tracking was not active and the tracking said awaiting collection by DPD, they said they could not cancel the order and instead asked me to refuse delivery, i protested over and over but they still refused to cancel my order, 2 weeks later the item arrives, i refused delivery as requested 11 days ago, this can be seen on the tracking number yet they still have not refunded me the 3,000 euro i paid, its now 4 weeks since i have asked for my refund, this company is a scam, they do not understand or abide by EU law, simply take a look at the delays people are having getting their mowers serviced in the reviews
