My wife and I have had the Y9 plus for the last two years with differing experiences. My wife's phone has pitiful signal strength and can drop calls every few seconds at times whilst mine has performed OK but the screen cracked overnight whilst on charge. It cracked from the camera lens which isn't any sort of impact point and, besides it was on the bedside cabinet in it's leather case! I don't know if this is a common fault but I have heard of screens breaking on their own. No sign of any swelling or any form of impact. Strange, but it was less than £70 and it will cost that and more to repair it. New phone time.😀
