Convenient online ordering. Self collection was a breeze. Just a suggestion for self collection, would like to receive notification informing that order is ready for collection, through the e-mail option.

Online purchase was smooth
Online purchase was smooth. Self collection was a breeze, staff was helpful. A few minor issues that (i.m.o) can be improved upon: - The postpurchase checkout page has a "other tracking number" section with a link. I clicked on it ("selfcollect") and it led to some random website. - I received email and sms stating my order has been "shipped". I chose the self collect option so I was a bit confused by that. - Because I chose self collect, I thought that I would receive a "ready for collection" notification. I then realise the "order has been shipped" notification IS the notification for self collection. Other than that, the physical store is cute.
