I wrote a very negative review about the product I ordered and the impossibility of assembling it due to instructions in Chinese. The customer service is great. They responded immediately and refunded my money. They have been very easy to work with
I have been informed that a more helpful review will result in a complete refund. I am not certain whether to trust this, though I must say the customer service at Litfad has been extremely responsive. I guess I would say that it would help when they advertise their products they make clear that the item will be shipped from Ch8na and assembly instructions will be in Chinese. They need to inform their Chinese partner that items shipped to the USA must include assembly instructions in English. This has been an unfortunate situation that might have resulted in a satisfied customer had I been able to assemble the bookcase I ordered. I definitely appreciate the responsiveness of the Customer Service.
