WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Redbus was the worst experience for me having trip from singapore to kuala lumpur. It was clearly stated that the bus was available and after i made a payment, they just suddenly mailed me that the bus is packed and had to cancel my ticket. Also, they asked me to not make a credit cancellation and they will refund through the bank account. However, it has not refunded for MORE THAN SIX MONTHS and TILL NOW. I have tried to contact them so many times and the most recent email i sent has not received any reply from them. I am already so disappointed to get back that money and this is just so extremely uncomfortable. Hope they dont have this kind of behaviour for their business.
