Good products but absolutely appalling logistics. Even if you pay premium for shipment, it is unclear when you will receive. Although you pay for one service from one courrier company, they change who they use to ship. They tell you the goods have left the warehouse but in fact the tracking system tells you that the shipment has not even yet been picked up....
