Lying Company Must Avoid!

I have previously ordered 2 iPhones from this company in the past but on the third occasion I've had problems. I ordered an iPhone 7 32GB in "Used Like New" condition. I ordered this condition as I was wanting an almost band new phone with genuine parts. I contact the company before ordering to ensure that all the parts were genuine and that the screen hasn't been replaced. They replied with "We'd like to inform you that our Used Like New condition is the pristine condition we offer with genuine parts and exceptional condition. Since it's Used/Pre-owned not Refurbished, we can guarantee that none of its parts is replaced." This made me feel secure and I purchased the phone. A few days later it arrives. I open it up and see that it has a film protector on it with a green tab and a qr code on it. I have previously replaced iPhone screens and this is the film that comes on a non genuine replacement screen. There was also black adhesive on the outside of the phone which also confirmed to me that the screen had been replaced. I contact the company and they still assure me that the phone is all genuine and no parts have been replaced. I continued to use the phone for a few weeks and I notice some problems. Scrolling wasn't as smooth as it should be, the screen colours were off when comparing to other phones side by side and when phoning people the microphone hardly worked and people on the other end could hardly hear me. I contact the company before the 30 day money back guarantee ended and I sent the phone back to them. They refused to give me a returns form when I asked. They offered me a refund which i accepted but when I asked for the £7.30 return postage cost refunded, they refused. I told them that I knew that the screen had definitely been replaced and that the microphone was faulty. They reply with "We wish to inform you that we arrange phones from different resources and maybe this phone was repaired by the previous user we are not sure about that however as far as it's functions are concerned we have fully tested this phone before sending it to you and this device passed all our quality checks at that time. Later we found that you are not happy with the cosmetic of this phone and having problems we have asked you to return this and we will process full refund towards your order which we can do, however we can't pay for the posting labels as it's is such a time taking and costly process already." I then responded with "Before I ordered the phone I asked if the phone had the original screen. Your reply is attached. You said that "our Used Like New condition is the pristine condition we offer with genuine parts and exceptional condition. Since it's Used/Pre-owned not refurbished, we can guarantee that none of its parts is replaced." Now you are going back on that statement by saying "maybe this phone was repaired by the previous user we are not sure about that." You cannot guarantee something if you are not sure. There is nothing wrong with the "cosmetic" of the phone as by glancing at the phone, there is nothing wrong. But the fact that the screen has been replaced as it isn't as smooth as it should be and colours being faded, added with the microphone not working properly anytime I am phoning someone, means that it is a functional issue not "cosmetic." I have been mis-sold and misled by false guarantees. The postage labels were also a "time taking and costly process" for myself and the reason for returning is due to false advertisements and functional problems, not "cosmetic." From this, I should also be refunded for the postage costs as the item was faulty and not as described." They then ignored my email. I got the cost of the phone back but was out £7.30 from postage. I will not be buying from this company again as they are unreliable and straight up lie to you.
