Overall
Overall, Tripmasters did a good job. It’s hard to judge as we have not traveled in this manner before. One great benefit was that a real person was always available. This is especially helpful to older people who are not as computer savvy as younger people. The accommodations were (surprisingly) good: centrally located, hosted by courteous, helpful professionals, etc. The two stops from Philadelphia to Dubrovnik made for a long, tedious outbound trip. We figured that is what makes the trip so reasonably priced. I would definitely use Tripmasters again.
