GOLDSTAR Car rental in Barcelona airport is a total fraud
Gold car in Barcelona airport used a very aggressive upsell tactic, I declined any supplementary insurance {but insurance as Super Relax Cover AND Mega Relax Cover was included anyway -what that means anyway?) As well I doubt about Cross Border fees, included as Cross Border Cover (kind of insurance? again). I have to sign on an e-pad without having provided a hard paper receipt and only the email receipt received later in Canada was explaining the fees. Total fraud.
