Ordered the Thor charger over 3 weeks…
Ordered the Thor charger over 3 weeks ago, still not here, the tracking number is non existent. No response from the company on my calls and e mails. Poor customer service, they have a nice advertisement on YouTube for the controller update, you would be nuts to send them your controller and $500.00 bucks and expect anything back. UPDATE: Its been 33 days since I ordered, NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!. I am no expert, but I believe this borders the criminal. UPDATE #2 This is from the Drone World Shipping Info:Shipped on 12/14/2018 via FedEx 2Day®, tracking number 784411954303 * Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping update. How in the world can this company send me a shipping date, then weeks later state their product is delayed from the factory?? UPDATE #3: 45 days and still no product. Cars and houses are built faster then this product. UPDATE #4: 60 days, nothing. I am only out $80.00 or so, I really feel sorry for the customers who are out hundreds and thousands of dollars. YouTube should ban their commercials and advertisements. UPDATE # 5: Why is this company still on YouTube pushing their non existing products and services?
