Where is my order?? :(
I placed my order on March 13 and as of March 28 they've been unable to provide any update on shipping. I've reached out and have received friendly replies very quickly, with the first reply one week ago noting my order would be shipped within 2 working days. It wasn't shipped as promised, so I was provided a small gift card for the inconvenience but still have no word on if I'm ever going to receive my order. I purchased just over $100 worth of jewelry I'd been eying for a couple of months and I didn't make my purchase lightly. I'm super bummed and just want my jewelry because I expect it's gorgeous in real life based on other reviews. I'll provide any updates if I ever get them :(
