Please do not use this company!! I have both a Yuka and a Luba. They worked amazingly, until they didn’t. Then customer service is horrible, AI, repetitive, not able to find solutions, leave you hanging for weeks and weeks and weeks. Each ‘Live’ conversation with an agent takes over an hour as they keeping going silent, ‘checking things’. If their products were cheaper I would definitely say take the risk, but they are so expensive, you are just taking a gamble that is works. If it doesn’t (which now neither of mine do, less than 12 months after owning them), you can’t rely on Mammtion to help, or even provide a credible response. I am about to commence a chargeback on my credit card for both machines- showing them the weeks of useless emails from the company promising to fix things. Buy at your own risk!!!!!
