Don't purchase from this company
I purchased two dresses for £250... returned as they did not fit well... they offered me 40% off to keep items or a refund...requested a refund and was told i would get £186 back.. I enquired why they retaining £64 of my money when they said they would deduct £3 from my money for postage...i was informed that i had used a £21 voucher and postage was £20 to return items....hmmmmmm!!! Thieves
