BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! Their products are terrible and THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT... I ordered my customized Products and the day I receive them I was super excited. I started using them and after a couple of days my face started breaking out in small white heads all over my face and neck. I used the product a total of two weeks hoping that this was just an initial reaction, Unfortunately for my face it was not. I’m 40 and haven’t had acne in over 15 years! I contacted their customer service department explaining to them what my skins reaction was to their products and they refused to provide an option to return or refund. They stated that because the products were customized for me they would not except a return. That argument holds no merit unless they planned on reusing returned products for other customers.… It isn’t about the money, it’s about the fact that this business cares so little for the products actually working that they won’t stand behind them. Buyer beware!
