Stayed here for the FA Cup Semi Final Weekend. We were charged just under £700 for 2 nights for 3 people. On check-in the key cards didn't work and still weren't working the following day. Only 1 started working by the Sat Afternoon, the second card never worked for the room for both nights. Sat morning Breakfast was cold, the order wrong and service appalling. Sunday Morning, 1 of the Duty Managers set fire to the toaster. Again Hot food was served cold and service simply awful, although a supervisor type tried to add a bit of urgency no one else was even attempting. For the inflated price due to the London Marathon and FA Cup Semi-Finals it was poor value across the whole stay. We received no apology, no refund, nothing but funny looks and scowls. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
