No Customer Service to speak of when sent the wrong item. Jewellery looks cheap. No refunds on return of item.
Updated 28 December 2020: After finally agreeing that the fault was with the company, and that on proof of postage of the return they will process a refund for both the item itself AND the return postage, it has been 2 weeks, 3 emails, and no replies. If I could give this company 0 stars I really would!! Do not use!! Was sent the wrong item and Customer Services did not get back to me (still no sign of a reply after a week). Sent a chaser email today. Do not use – no customer service to speak of, cheap jewellery, and will not do refunds (it would seem).
