Slow service wrong item sent
Ordered a half dozen items and paid the higger rate for dhl delivery. They took longer to arrive than 3-5 days advertised. Also they delivered the wrong item a cover for a p20 pro instead of the mate20 pro. Then I tried to contact them through email online chat and skype and did not get a answer for over a week. The customer service is very slow and the correct item has still not been sent.
