The copper tubing was broke in half upon arrival of the ice maker I purchased and the company refused to give me a replacement. Very disappointed in how they were so unwilling to rectify the situation and make it right. They would only offer a partial refund but after three days I have yet to see any refund and I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails!! Poor poor business management!!
