I am extremely upset
I am extremely upset. I got a phone call from pet paradise in Carrollton to pick up Togo because he was scared of the blow dryer. I said OK and I went to pick him up and ask what was going on. The owner pulled out his card and told me there was no information on him from his last grooming. I said okay, How is that my fault? I was not the groomer. Pet paradise is under new ownership and the owner and the groomer both came at me with attitude like I did something wrong because he had some matts. This is how they returned him to me. I immediately went to another groomer who brushed him out, used a blow dryer which he reacted like you expect a dog to react and booked him a apt. He licked her face while she brushed him He's a good dog but I hope these people didn't do something to him because the attitude and yelling at me was uncalled for.
