Cashback not honoured
Ordered a Roborock Q5 Pro from the uk.roborock.com store via Topcashback on 25/03/2025 and today received an email stating Roborock are refusing to honour the cashback on the basis the order was either amended, returned or cancelled - despite none of these being true. Offering cashback to potential customers as an incentive to buy products with no intention of honouring the cashback, means I will not be buying from this company again in future.
