DHGate Scammers
I have bad experience with DHGate, with a seller @lindaoqiou. She lied to be about the availability of the item, after I made payment she said it's out of stock, I told her I want to cancel but she told me she will proceed with sending it out. Guess what I received? A thin envelope with just a small card inside. I have lodged dispute with my card company on 3rd December 2018, and according to my bank, they hv asked the merchant's bank for charge back. Still no feedback from there yet. The DH customer service are of no help either. They kept telling me they are unable to contact the seller. That's about it. They are only nice to you before they got your money, after that, they just don't care. Avoid buying anything from this site. The 2nd seller promised to replace the wallet and it's otw to me, so i removed bad review for him for now. I still have not received the replacement wallet after almost one mont. He provided tracking number but the tracking reads leaving centre all the time! His ID is @goodsell888. He stop replying to my queries on the shipment. Bad attitude My credit card company has refunded me for the 1st purchase. Grateful❤️. Avoid this site/sellers if you can. Their CS service sucks. It's hard to get refund. Use Credit card if you must, at least the card protects you against those scammers.
