LUBA 2AWD 5000 Refuses to charge
LUBA 2AWD 5000. Product looks the business and when it works it is superb. The AWD takes it to most places in my garden and the finished cut is fantastic. Downside is that there's clearly a common issue with the charging behaviour. Mine gets to about 50% battery charge then stops, so it won't auto finish a task and you have to keep forcing it to continue the task. After market support is worse than hopeless. Support ticket raised, no response, followed up the request, still no response after three weeks. You take a bit of a chance with this product because it could be an expensive garden ornament, but I hope the issues get sorted because it's a seriously clever piece of kit when it behaves.
