Purchased my Mavic Air and DJI Care…
Purchased my Mavic Air and DJI Care Refresh from DJI Store on April 2018, Crashed it on Dec, contacted the Support, they provided me a link, I followed that link to type in some info, then got a case number and a shipping code, and then I shipped my drone to them, several days later, they received my drone, shipped a replacement to me the day after they receive the drone, very impressive service, thanks DJI.
