everything awful including the complaints procedure
Your request (#2269690) I have been trying to respond back to this request 5 TIMES now and everytime I have tried via your website (chrome and explorer) and even via my phone it just spins and spins. Your complaints procedure is ridiculous and I cannot email you back from the email received and you do not mention on the email how to respond back. I will never eat at KFC again until someone acknowledges my concerns. I have wasted 35mins of my evening trying to respond back to you. My experience of KFC is awful and your complaints procedure is even worse.
