Uncomfortable or unacceptable?
I don't like the way Alibaba is offering transport insurance right in line with shipment notifcation. It leaves the impression that you have to close this insurance to make the deal without i.m.o. sufficient explanation that it is optional. I do not like that I have no option to make necessary operations with my supplier e.g. confirming my OK for changes in the delivery schedule due to technical reasons for a certain deal (to keep my supplier in a good rating) without opening an account with Alibaba and sharing personal information I do not want to share with Alibaba! I suggest to introduce a guest or one time access without an account for important communication with or about the supplier.
