Fast shipping. Item arrived very securely packaged so I wasn't worried about damage to the item. Didn't get a confirmation email when item shipped with tracking #. It possibly went to spam, I called the 800# someone picked up and verified my order# and other info and sent me the tracking #. Friendly service, the 800# actually works too. Will buy from again.
