OLD SCHOOL AND NOT HELPFUL. This company was the security system with the previous owners on my house I bought, so I thought, why not keep them. Mistake. $40 to monitor, an app that was often glitchy or wouldn't load. Customer service calls that were not returned ever despite according to them needing to check something and get back to me. When I cancel they won't let me do it over the phone or online. I have to mail or fax a request - all they tell me. I do so. Turns out they won't terminate immediately, only 30 days from the request. Never told me that. They never sent me an invoice for this total - just one saying that THEY owed me $5ish. Then I get a past due notice from them. Shady and unhelpful on the phone. Put on hold every time I call. Do yourself a favor and set up a system yourself (like Ring) for much less monitoring costs.
