Fraudulent purchase flow, misleading customer service
Signed up for a discounted trial and was immediately presented with a VIP offer that resulted in an additional charge with no clear secondary confirmation. I requested a refund within 7 days, but the process was confusing and inconsistent. I was offered a partial refund, then later told refunds were no longer possible. The content itself was disappointing, except just one serie, and I didn't use the VIP features. Overall, the purchase flow felt misleading and the refund process came across as dishonest and scammy. Would not recommend.
