From a customer service point of view
From a customer service point of view, it's a 0 star rating. I reached out with a printing problem to the website that I purchased it from, instead of helping with the problem, they demanded all of the information about the purchase, order number, proof of purchase, serial number etc, I bought it from them, using the same email address, why should I search through emails (which may now have been deleted) for information they already have? Instead I would rather write a negative review.
