Excellent communications, prompt transactions
After ordering a pack of specialist pens I was later informed that the original supplier was unable to fulfill the order but they had found an alternative and although the cost to them had increased they gave me the choice of a full refund or continuing the purchase at the original rate. I chose to continue but unfortunately that supplier ran into export/import restrictions and the sale had to be abandoned. I was given an IMMEDIATE and FULL refund and throughout the various communications 1outlets were prompt, courteous and obviously worked hard trying to fulfill the order. As this was my first dealing with the company I was originally wary, but their prompt and full disclosure of the problems has reassured me so that I will have no hesitation in using them again.
