Mix-Up On My Order
The supplier I chose shipped the product I wanted but the quantity was wrong. They corrected themselves and sent a second shipment right away (FedEx). Unfortunately, the second order did not have the right quantity either. The vendor offered to refund the balance in lieu of a third shipment. This was not my preferred solution.
