SCAM WEBSITE
I wouldn't even give this site one star, disgusting. my coffeepot arrived in an open old crumpled box, the pot doesn't actually sit on the base and it had an old dirty adapter attached. They suggested i just keep it and they would give me 20% refund OR i take it to repairers!!! i HAVENT EVEN USED IT YET AND THEY EXPECT ME TO REPAIR IT??? how disgusting!!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. ITS A SCAM BEWARE!!!
