AVOID THE HEADACHE
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. You aren't getting a good deal. I bought the faux fur coat in November and did not receive until yesterday - that's almost 3 months. Also, don't think you're getting a luxurious feeling trench coat - the length in the images is deceiving, it only goes to the hips. The fabric that they used feels like dirty worn nylon, and if gotten in a lighter color be prepared for raindrop STAINS. The 'lining' on the inside is an absolute joke... Patchy, faux-fur Chinese garbage. The customer service I received was absolutely terrible, they clearly have computer responses as I received the same message back twice in my complaint. Also, don't bother to try calling, they don't pick up and they definitely will not call you back. It's a shame this company is monopolizing on the small market for vegan apparel, when the products received are clearly non-vegan.
