Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I placed three bundle orders in total, two were cancelled, and the one that did arrive contained items of extremely poor quality that were not suitable to be sold on. What made matters worse was the customer service afterwards. I was told that if I removed my public review, I would receive a refund. After deleting the review in good faith, no refund was provided. Since then, I have received repeated excuses instead of any clear resolution. There has now been an email chain of around 30 messages with no real urgency, accountability, or escalation shown at any point. The whole experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.
