Dispute Charges with Your Bank or Credit Card Co.
Purchased the Dualis pillows that were advertised as double-sided (pictured and described twice on the website as having the"same fabric on both sides"). They arrived, and were one sided. I emailed, sent pictures, spoke with their customer service three times, even escalating to a supervisor, and was told twice they'd call me the next day. The supervisor even gave me a specific time, saying he'd call me by 12:30pm PST. When I didn't receive a call, customer service then claimed the supervisor "tried" calling me but "you didn't pick up." Do they really think we are that STUPID? We all have smart phones and we know if someone called us or not. They are committing consumer fraud. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them. They are liars and you will be deferred to a call center staffed with people who speak and behave exactly like scammers who defraud the elderly. They are detached, almost mocking you, and repeat meaningless, scripted phrases, going around and around in circles. They don't take notes or document your requests or issues - instead they give fake assurances. I reported them to my credit card company and disputed the charges for a full refund.
