KentFaith review, pros and cons.
I have used several products from KentFaith and the quality is excellent. I have used a camera backpack, a tripod and ND filters. Definitely very cost-effective. However, there are some issues that a Western customer needs to be wary of. Despite the Western sounding name the company is based in China. They usually ship from a local warehouse but if stock is low the shipment will be from China and may take some time. Although I have to say all my products, even the ones shipped from China, came quickly. If there is a problem with your product and if you expect a quick response and/or refund you might be disappointed. I had a problem with my tripod and it took several anxious emails and messages before the problem was solved ( the replacement part was offered for free but I had to pay the "shipping charge"). If you want to return the product they will only accept return to China at your own cost which means a hefty shipment cost and may not be worthwhile. If this company can improve their customer response time and return policy, the company, in my view, with the quality of product they have, deserves a five star rating.
