Support response fast and helpful
I had an issue using my Amex card on the site (turns out an Amex issue). I sent in a support issue to Premiumize via email. I was not expecting a very prompt response. I was super surprised I got a reply very fast, and very useful. This was my first support issue, and the response made me feel happy to be using Premiumize.
