The worst company I have dealt with
Purchased a figure in October 2017 which, as of February 2019 is still not with me. Instead of getting in touch with you to let you know that production of the item has been delayed, you are expected to trawl through their site to find your item and see just how long it has been delayed. Customer support insist no refunds can be given and that you have to wait for your product. As far as I'm aware, I will never receive this product.
