been 3 months only received 2 items. and one lost all color after being washed once
i ordered like 6 products for a total of like over 300 dollars back on the 29th of august now fast forward 3 months only 2 items have shown up and customer support keeps telling me different things every time i contact them first time i contacted them was roughly a month and one week after ordering and they said they were waiting on 1 item to be finished. i followed up about a week later and they said that it was actually multiple products that needed to be finished not just 1. that was a month and a half ago. then now they are saying that one or more of my items was lost and they need to remake them after I've already been waiting 3 months... and as if that weren't bad enough one out of the 2 items that did arrive was a long sleeve shirt that I loved very soft and comfortable vibrant colors everything was awesome. i washed it one time with no bleach or anything at all and now nearly all the color has been drained from the whole shirt. totally unacceptable its a shame because the other item that arrived i love very much
