All of the items purchased through Huntingdoor arrived in Western Australia in good condition and exceeded expectations in relation to quality. I was concerned after receiving a message that indicated the items had been delivered when they hadn't yet arrived. But, the exceptional customer service at Huntingdoor assisted our enquiries and were reassuring - as we live in a very rural area - it turned out that a courier receiver had delivered it to a pick up point without notification. Once we figured that out, it was fabulous. The reason I have given 5 stars (despite the couriers not communicating) - Huntingdoor themselves have OUTSTANDING customer service communications and it was reassuring to be able to express our concerns and feel supported in our desire to find resolution. Luckily, it all worked out and we are very grateful that the situation was handled so well.
