Complained immediately after I received some Xmas lights that arrived with 2 pin EU plugs & UK 3 pin un-fused adapters. The 2 pin plugs were a poor/loose fit in the adapters & kept falling out, which would make them dangerous to use as they would build up heat & could catch fire. Eventaully they offered me an £11 part refund on the items that cost £30 which I accepted, but then never refunded me the money or responded to any future e-mails I sent asking what happened to the refund they offered me.Tried for over a month to get a reply but nothing.
