Very honest sharing of information, free to use for anyone. Somewhat puzzling layout and hard to find relevant information in the beginning. I personally found it hard with all the OT stuff. But hey, it still is all free! Have followed the (unpaid) program for nine months and yes, I have made progress. Can be worth purchasing the paid program if you are in need of more guidance or don't have the patience /time to scroll around. Very grateful for finding this site. If you think it's bs, try for yourself and see.
