Prasad a nice chap
Just had a conversation with Mr Prasad in customer service team and he really helped and assisted and solved my query. I had a group booking and needed one of the passengers to cancel and he took all the worry away and helped me through. Good that indigo has a nice customer care team who look after its customers. Thank you so much once again team indigo and Mr Prasad.
